Privacy Policy

1. Data controller

2. What data we collect

• Order and account data: full name, email address, phone number, delivery address, city, postal code, and (for registered accounts) an encrypted password.
• Contact form data: full name, email, phone (optional) and the message content when you write to us via the contact form.
• Technical data: a session cookie needed for the shopping cart, chosen language and CSRF protection to work; this is not used for advertising or cross-site tracking.

3. Purpose and legal basis of processing

We process order data in order to conclude and fulfil the sales contract (delivery, invoicing, customer support, and handling any complaints or withdrawal requests), which is processing necessary for the performance of a contract. Contact-form data is processed based on your consent, given by submitting the form, to respond to your inquiry. Session data is processed based on our legitimate interest in providing basic site functionality (cart, language, security).

4. Sharing data with third parties

We share the minimum necessary data with:

• the courier/delivery service, to deliver your order (name, address, phone);
• PayPal, when you choose to pay via PayPal, and — once introduced — a bank or payment card processor, for card payments; these providers process payment data under their own privacy policies;
• our email service provider, to send order confirmations and respond to inquiries.

We do not sell personal data to third parties, and we do not use your data for unrelated marketing without a separate, explicit consent.

5. Data retention

Order data is kept for as long as necessary to fulfil legal obligations (e.g. accounting and tax record-keeping periods under Serbian law) and to handle any warranty/complaint claims, after which it is deleted or anonymized. Contact-form messages are kept only as long as needed to resolve the inquiry. Account data is kept until you request deletion of your account, subject to the retention obligations above for any related orders.

6. Your rights

Under applicable data protection law, you have the right to request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal data, to object to certain processing, and to request data portability, to the extent provided by law. You may exercise these rights by contacting us at office@elektronika.co.rs. If you believe your rights have been violated, you may also lodge a complaint with the Commissioner for Information of Public Importance and Personal Data Protection of the Republic of Serbia.

7. Cookies

The Website uses only the technical (session) cookies necessary for the shopping cart, language selection and security (CSRF protection) to function; these are not third-party advertising or analytics cookies.

8. Data security

We apply reasonable technical and organizational measures (including encrypted password storage and access controls) to protect your data against unauthorized access, loss or misuse.

9. Changes to this Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time; material changes will be reflected by updating the "last updated" date above.
