Mosfet IRF5305PBF
New MOSFETAn IR (International Rectifier) P-channel MOSFET with fast switching characteristics, using advanced HEXFET technology. Suitable for general use in all highly efficient and demanding fast-switching circuits; the transistor itself is intended for devices allowing a heat dissipation of up to 50W. Many are unsure which complementary transistor to choose, but based on our experience, that would be the IRFZ44. They have different resistances, but their input capacitance allows them to turn on and off at the same time, of course under the same drive conditions.
