PWM SG3526
New PWMA PWM modulator that includes all the necessary controls for a PWM (pulse width modulation) signal. Some of its functions are output lockout within undervoltage protection, a sawtooth oscillator, a temperature-compensated reference voltage, soft start, two low-impedance drivers, etc. For easier interfacing with external parts, all digital control ports are TTL and CMOS compatible.
