Driver IR2130J
New IGBT/MOSFET driversA super-fast IR2130s driver, intended for voltages up to 600V. Overcurrent protection triggers shutdown of all six outputs, which also happens on a voltage drop. The outputs are out of phase with the input signal. Intended for controlling N-channel MOSFETs or IGBTs. The operational amplifier integrated into this IC can be used for analog feedback. It is immune to dV/dt, and the low-side and high-side of all three channels can simultaneously drive 6 IGBT or MOSFET components. Package - PLCC-44, Vout = 10V-20V, I = 200mA/420mA
