New PWMA quad half-bridge integrated with a PWM signal (2-in-1). Capable of directly controlling devices up to 1A. Characterized by a wide voltage range from 4.5V to 36V, and in the "D" version, the output diodes are integrated into the IC package. Primarily intended for inductive loads, such as relays, DC motors and stepper motors. Package - DIP-16
