New IGBT/MOSFET driversThe FAN7382 driver is designed for use up to 600V. It has built-in dv/dt noise elimination. The output is in phase with the input signal. UVLO (undervoltage lockout), an electronic circuit within the FAN7382, prevents malfunction of both channels when Vcc or Vbs is below the required voltage threshold.
