New IGBT/MOSFET driversThe TLP701 is designed for direct drive of low-power IGBT transistors. Its dimensions are roughly half of a DIP-8 package, making it suitable for installation in applications requiring little space, without being any less capable for it. Its main application is in industrial inverter applications, as well as for controlling refrigeration equipment. Optical isolation is achieved using an LED and a photodetector (integrated into this IC). Package - SO-6, Vs = +35V max, I = 0.6A
