New MOSFETA 5th-generation P-channel MOSFET, using FEXFET technology, from the "IR" company. It is distinguished by a low drive current, as well as a high switching speed (the entire process taking about 130nS). Typical applications span the entire range of commercial devices, thanks to a respectable power rating of around 50W.
