New IGBT/MOSFET driversThe super-fast, high-voltage dual 2ED020I12 IGBT and MOSFET driver is a reliable choice for N-channel power transistors with an operating voltage of up to 1200V. A number of advantages place it at the very top of the offering, both for safety reasons and for the wide range of applications it is used in. Both output channels (high-side and low-side) are "interlocked" with each other, which provides protection for the output transistors when atypical reference values occur. The logic inputs are also adapted for both 3.3V and 5V. A built-in operational amplifier and voltage comparator in the same package provide the flexibility of cheaply adding external circuits, e.g., for current measurement or overcurrent detection.
