New IGBT/MOSFET driversThe TD352 driver from ST, made using advanced technology, has active Miller clamp technology, as well as transistor desaturation detection. As protection, it uses UVLO (undervoltage lockout of the output) and adjustable turn-on delay for MOSFET or IGBT components. It also has ESD (electrostatic discharge) protection up to 2kV. Intended for applications in three-phase inverters up to 1200V, UPS systems, as well as motor control. Package - SO-8, Vs = 16V, I = 1.7A
