Driver ADP3110A
New IGBT/MOSFET driversThe ADP3110A MOSFET gate driver is optimized for driving low-side and high-side power MOSFETs in synchronous buck converters, and is capable of charging a capacitance of up to 3000pF on both the low-side and high-side in 55ns, including delay time (25ns) and charge duration (30ns). The internal circuit structure is adapted to prevent channel-drive overlap, achieving prevention of both MOSFETs turning on simultaneously. A single PWM signal on the input is enough to generate the process on both outputs. It is equipped with an undervoltage-lockout circuit for both outputs in case of an input voltage drop, as well as thermal protection. Package - SO-8, Vs = 13.2V max, I = 1A
