New IGBT/MOSFET driversA super-fast IR2233 driver, intended for voltages up to 600V or 1200V max. Overcurrent protection triggers shutdown of all six outputs, which also happens on a voltage drop. Three independent outputs with both levels (low-side and high-side) suit three-phase half-bridge configurations. Intended for controlling N-channel MOSFETs or IGBTs. The operational amplifier integrated into this IC can be used for analog feedback. It is immune to dV/dt, and a "Fault" signal triggers shutdown of all six outputs. Package - SOIC-28, Vout = 10V-20V, I = 200mA/420mA
