New MOSFETThe APT5014LVR is a high-voltage N-channel power MOSFET intended for many switching applications, and due to its suitability for parallel operation, it is an excellent choice for high currents (pulsed current up to 148A). It is characterized by a low leakage current, low drive power requirement, a high switching speed, and a low drain-source resistance in the "ON" state (0.14 Ohm).
