New IGBT/MOSFET driversThe MIC4427 buffer MOSFET driver comes from MICREL's MIC (4426, 4427, 4428) family of drivers. This is a dual non-inverting driver of bipolar CMOS construction, with low standby current consumption and fast gate-charge speed (1000pF in 25ns). Primarily intended for controlling MOSFET components, but is equally reliable with other loads (inductive, capacitive, or purely resistive). At an operating voltage within the permitted limits, it will not malfunction under any circumstances. Package - SOIC-8, Vs = 4.5-18V, I = 1.5A PEAK
