New IGBT/MOSFET driversAn improved version of the well-known TC428 driver. Usually used for direct MOSFET transistor drive via an optocoupler, with a peak current of up to 1.5A and the ability to directly drive a gate with up to 1nF of input capacitance in as little as 30ns. You can find it in Cebora inverter welding machines. Supply voltage up to +18V, negative input drive down to -5V.
