New IGBT/MOSFET driversThe MIC4424 buffer MOSFET driver comes from MICREL's MIC (4423, 4424, 4425) family of drivers. This is a dual "non-inverting" driver of bipolar CMOS construction, with low current consumption in standby mode and fast gate capacitance charging (1800pF in 25ns). It is primarily intended for controlling MOSFET components, but is equally reliable with other loads (inductive, capacitive or purely resistive). Unlike the MIC4426, 4427 and 4428 series, this driver can deliver a higher output current. Also, within the allowed operating voltage range, it will not malfunction under any circumstances. Package - DIP-8, Vs = 22V, I = 3A
