New IGBT/MOSFET driversThe MIC4423 buffer MOSFET driver comes from MICREL's MIC (4423, 4424, 4425) family of drivers. This is a dual inverting driver of bipolar CMOS construction, with low standby current consumption and fast gate-charge speed (1800pF in 25ns). Primarily intended for controlling MOSFET components, but is equally reliable with other loads (inductive, capacitive, or purely resistive). Unlike the MIC4426, 4427 and 4428 series, this driver can deliver a higher output current. Package - SOIC-16, Vs = 22V, I = 3A
