New IGBT/MOSFET driversA triple IGBT driver with a current-sense comparator and an adjustable output undervoltage lockout level, capable of having its output channels connected in parallel, and as such can also be used to drive a pulse transformer. The operational amplifier integrated into this IC can be used as analog feedback. Typical applications are controlling low-side IGBTs in three-phase devices, pulse transformers, as well as general use wherever a pulse is needed within this driver's capabilities.
