New IGBT/MOSFET driversThe MIC1426 driver has been replaced by the new MIC4426 product and comes from MICREL's MIC (4426, 4427, 4428) family of drivers. This is a dual inverting driver of bipolar CMOS construction, with low standby current consumption and fast gate-charge speed (1000pF in 25ns). Primarily intended for controlling MOSFET components, but is equally reliable with other loads (inductive, capacitive, or purely resistive). Package - SOIC-8, Vs = 4.5-18V, I = 1.5A
