New IGBT/MOSFET driversThe TC1411/TC1411N is a somewhat specific and incredibly useful buffer/driver. As long as it stays within its defined voltage and power limits, this driver will not malfunction under any circumstances. All terminals are fully protected up to 4kV of electrostatic discharge. It safely charges a MOSFET gate capacitance of 1000pF in 25ns, with minimal resistance in both states (on/off). Intended applications are SMPS, relay line drivers, pulse transformer drivers, and as a spare part for technicians servicing professional and hobby inverter devices.
