New Ultra-fast recovery diodesUltra-fast diode (25nS recovery time) with a low forward voltage drop and a 300V reverse voltage. This diode belongs to the TURBOSWITCH family of diodes with ultra-high performance. Used in high-frequency switching power-supply applications, as a spare electronic component in inverter welding machines, as well as in general industrial inverter applications as an FWD (freewheeling diode).
