These Terms of Service govern the use of the automatizacija-inverter.rs website (hereinafter: "the Website") and the conclusion of distance sales contracts for electronic components and industrial-automation services.
The Website enables browsing and ordering electronic components, industrial automation equipment and related services published in the catalog. Product descriptions, prices and availability are published in good faith but may occasionally contain errors; the Seller reserves the right to correct such errors and to inform the Buyer before finalizing an order affected by them.
Orders can be placed either by creating a customer account or as a guest, without registration. A registered account allows the Buyer to view order history and, where applicable, benefit from assigned customer-category discounts. The Buyer is responsible for the accuracy of the data provided and for keeping their account credentials confidential.
An order is placed by adding products to the cart and completing the checkout form with accurate delivery and contact information. The contract of sale is considered concluded when the Seller confirms the order (order confirmation shown on the site and/or sent by email). The Seller may decline or cancel an order in case of unavailable stock, an evident pricing error, or inability to verify the order, and will inform the Buyer without delay.
All prices are stated in RSD (and, where shown for reference, in USD at the exchange rate published in the store) and do not include shipping unless stated otherwise. Currently available payment methods are cash on delivery ("pouzeće") and PayPal; other payment methods (including payment card processing) may be introduced and will be listed at checkout when available. Payment by bank transfer to the Seller's business account can be arranged directly with the Seller upon request.
Delivery is carried out via courier service to the address provided by the Buyer. Estimated delivery times and approximate shipping costs are shown on the Website and/or communicated at checkout. Risk of loss or damage passes to the Buyer upon delivery of the goods to the Buyer or a person designated by the Buyer.
Consumers (natural persons purchasing outside their business activity) have the right to withdraw from a distance contract and to file a complaint for non-conformity of goods, as described in detail in our Return Policy, in accordance with the Consumer Protection Act of the Republic of Serbia. Buyers acting as legal entities or entrepreneurs (B2B purchases) are not consumers within the meaning of that Act; terms of return for such purchases are agreed individually with the Seller.
The Buyer undertakes to provide accurate data when ordering, to use the Website in accordance with its purpose and applicable law, and not to misuse the Website (including automated scraping, attempts to compromise security, or fraudulent orders).
All content published on the Website — text, product descriptions, images, graphic and visual elements, and the site's structure — is the property of the Seller or is used with the right holder's permission, and may not be copied, distributed or used for commercial purposes without prior written consent, except for personal, non-commercial use in the ordinary course of browsing and shopping.
The Seller makes reasonable efforts to keep the Website's content accurate and available, but does not guarantee uninterrupted operation or complete absence of errors, and is not liable for damage arising from temporary unavailability of the Website or from the Buyer's misuse of published information outside its intended purpose (e.g. incorrect application of technical specifications without independent verification by a qualified professional).
The Seller may amend these Terms of Service from time to time; the version published on the Website at the time of ordering applies to that order. Material changes will be reflected by updating the "last updated" date above.
These Terms are governed by the law of the Republic of Serbia. Any dispute that cannot be resolved amicably shall be submitted to the jurisdiction of the competent court in the Republic of Serbia. Consumers may also use the out-of-court consumer dispute resolution procedure in accordance with applicable regulations.
